Bio
Coach Clay currently serves as the Assistant Director for the Louisville City FC and Racing Louisville Oldham. He has been coaching with the Academy since 2021. Clay has nine years of coaching experience in elite club, high school, and collegiate levels. Clay has his USSF C license and Barcelona Universitas level 1 Coaching Certification. Prior to his coaching career, Clay was an educator for 13 years where he earned the distinction of Master Educator. Clay uses his experience in instructional pedagogy to inform his coaching and instruction with players.
